You can't play yet, but we will let the community know when we need some alpha/beta testers! No one will EVER make money off of this project. We are all volunteers, and we want everyone to enjoy the game we remember with out any cost EVER. This is a passion project for fans, by fans, and has 0 money involved. London 2038 will NEVER cost money, will NEVER have anything for purchase, will NEVER have a subscription, will NEVER have a cash shop or money transactions of any kind, PERIOD.

Hey guys, here are some common questions we are asked about London 2038, the Hellgate Multiplayer Reboot. We're very thrilled and passionate about this project and want to thank the whole staff for their hard work but also the community which kept Revival alive for many years and still helps with their passion and knowledge. In July/August 2016 a big step was taken and it became apparent this might be the step we've been waiting for for so long to bring the multiplayer of Hellgate: London back to live and development on London 2038 started. Along with these modifications a modding tool called Reanimator was developped and released which let players modify the game to their own likings. While this turned out to be trickier than expected and progress on the original goal was very slow, the project spawned a variety of singleplayer modifications over the years ranging from simple ones like changes to weapon or player stats to overhauls to almost every aspect of the game, including the implementation of fromer subscriber only items, for example the official Revival 1.5b or community mods like Nagahaku or Lost London. Originally started after the bancruptcy of Flagship Studios and the resulting shutdown of the official servers in January 2008 the goal of the Hellgate Revival project was to bring back the multiplayer aspect of Hellgate: London.
